Artisan roasting requires 15 minutes per cycle. We reconcile this with efficiency thanks to a high thermal efficiency plant processing 800 kg/hour, recovering heat between cycles and minimising losses. The result is a sustainable coffee in energy terms too, without compromising the roast curve.
We import green coffee directly at the Italian ports of Trieste, Genoa and Naples, working with cooperatives and growers selected through long-standing direct relationships. Every lot is traced from the plantation of origin through to the shelf: this is what makes us a sustainable coffee supplier and not just a roaster.
Our CCPB organic coffee is certified by CCPB, one of the leading Italian organic certification bodies. Certification covers the entire chain: from cultivation without pesticides or synthetic chemical fertilisers, through importing, roasting and packaging kept separate from conventional lines to avoid cross-contamination.
Yes. Our compostable pods are 44 mm ESE filter-paper pods certified 100% biodegradable and suited to both grocery retail (private label, hard discount) and specialist eco channels (organic stores, hospitality and foodservice, green-positioned outlets). We can supply technical documentation and compostability certificates for range requests.
Yes, our facility is structured for the global market. We operate to the strict BRC Food standard and hold FDA registration. These credentials, together with our Fairtrade, CCPB Organic and Kosher certifications, ensure the product can enter international grocery retail chains and the US market with no bureaucratic obstacle.
The purity of our organic lots is monitored by our in-house quality control laboratory. We apply strict physical segregation protocols, along with deep-cleaning procedures on the packaging lines before every organic cycle. The result is a finished product certified CCPB organic, 100% pure and audit-proof.
